Dr. Erica Staehle MS, DC

I am new to the Bend community but not new to the Chiropractic community. I have been a licensed Chiropractic Physician for 9 years and lived Happy Valley, Oregon. I was raised in Gresham and grew my
family in Clackamas/Happy valley area for the past 10 years. I am a mother to 2 beautiful children, my son Jackson who is 8 and my daughter Logan who is 4. I am also a wife of 10 years to my loving husband Jeff and have a Golden Retriever puppy named Remi. I enjoy living an activity healthy lifestyle and have a passion for local outdoor activities with my family including running, skiing, hiking, cycling, and paddleboarding. I also enjoy being a part of group fitness, circuit training and weightlifting.

I attended Oregon State University and Portland State University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Organismal Biology and a minor in Public Health. Over the 10 years I attended Undergraduate and Graduate school I was employed by Oregon Health Science University and Doernbecher Children’s
Hospital. I attended University of Western States from 2009-2012 earning a master’s degree in Sports and exercise science and a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic.

During my master’s degree I was an athletic trainer for Portland Public School district. I also worked on the medical team during many triathlons, biathlons, marathons, and obstacle course events. I am a Graston certified physician (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation) who enjoys using multiple
modalities to get the correct end-result, others include cupping, laser, k-tapping, EMS, and massage. I consider my self a well-rounded physician, I treat all ages from 5 years old to geriatric patients. I have a passion to work with any type of athlete past, present or future. As well as prenatal and postnatal women. My moto in treating patients is, there are multiple ways to treat a patient and multiple ways to get the same end result, together we need to figure out what works best for you.
